Harry M. Tsumas, managing partner and owner of Tsumas Real Estate and Development, has been associated with the company since 1996. He is a graduate of East Carolina University with a B.S. Degree in Industrial Technology.

Harry served as Vice President of Administration for American Concrete Inc. from 1991 to 1996 and Vice President of American Concrete's Statesville Division from 1989 to 1991.

Harry has over 25 years experience in the industry and has completed many projects in the area. Including the following commercial sites; Lake Norman Industrial Park, South East Industrial Park, East Iredell Industrial Park, Morlake and Morrison Executive Suites. Residential sites include; Mulberry Commons, Oak Creek, Wayside, and Forest Acres with the most recent effort being Magnolia Glen.

  • Executive Committee Board of Directors for Greater Statesville Dev. Corp 1992-1999, 2001-2006, 2009-present (Two Term Vice Chair)

  • Member of the Statesville Chamber of Commerce since 1991
  • Board of Directors for Statesville Chamber of Commerce 2003-2004 and 2010-2011
  • Member of Strategic Planning Committee City of Statesvile 1999-2000
  • Iredell County Board of Adjustment 2001 to 2006
  • Iredell County Planning Board 2001 to present
  • Member of Iredell County Steering Committee for Planning 2008
  • Managing Member of Magnolia Glen Developers, LLC

He is presently serving on the Strategic Planning Committee for the City of Statesville. Harry is a member of the First Baptist Church where he serves as Deacon and is chairman of the Building and Grounds Committee.

The owners of Tsumas Real Estate and Development are also involved in buying and selling land for themselves. They also develop properties and have several projects completed and underway. From land holdings and portfolio income properties to development and lot sales, we strive to be an expert in making the land work for the client. We strive for the best fit and use our experience on the customer's behalf. We handle "bank owned" properties and have partners to provide auction, event or general brokerage type property sales.
