Magnolia Glen... from concept to community.

This community is the result of a collaboration of ideas that reflect the experience and vision of the primary developers, Harry Tsumas and Robb Collier, long time friends and residents of Statesville. Each sharing a special part of themselves to preserve many of the fond memories that growing up in Statesville represents to them.

A key piece of the entire project was the commitment by the developers to preserve and incorporate the Bunch home into the project. Each of the team members committed to make this a top priority.
